Travelers of Jakes Run, in western Monongalia County, are sure to know about the Tennant Memories Museum. The museum is full of history and pictures of the descendants of pioneer settlers, and it’s worth a trip to see.
Bonnie Wilson is the owner of the small, area museum, open since Memorial Day. She is also a descendant of Richard Tennant.
“I descend through three of Richard Tennant’s children, Peter, Joseph and Richard Jr.,” Wilson said.
