Orland history museum sets cemetery walk, Halloween talk

Village of Orland Park History Museum is celebrating the return of colder days and longer nights with its second cemetery tour as well as an interactive Halloween story event.

The museum presents an evening cemetery tour Oct. 11 at Orland Park Memorial Cemetery, at 153rd St. and West Avenue.

“This tour will be in the evening and flashlights will be handed out to all guests,” said Sarah Konzen, village museum curator. “It’s a tour of the different settlers and prominent families from Orland Park.”
