National Day of the Cowboy celebration set for July 28

To pay tribute to America’s cowboys and cowgirls, Have Wagons, Will Travel will celebrate the National Day of the Cowboy July 28 at the Booth Western Art Museum.

“The National Day of the Cowboy celebration dates back to 2005,” said Ron Bellamy, director of Have Wagons, Will Travel. “It was started to honor and help preserve America’s rich pioneer spirit and cowboy heritage.
