Frost Science Museum prepares for toxic takeover with ‘Poison’ exhibit

Discover the power of poison at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, which is continuing its one-year anniversary events with a new exhibit opening on May 26.

“The Power of Poison: From the Depths of The Sea to Your Own Backyard” will explore the powerful defenses and healing that poisons can offer.

For the first time, according to a news release, the museum will extend an exhibit to other parts of the museum. The “toxic takeover” will include milkweed and monarch butterflies on the rooftop terraces, lionfish and scorpionfish in the aquarium, poison dart frogs and venomous snakes.
