JEFFERSONVILLE — Next week, the Clark County Museum starts the first in a series of historical dinners with a look at the historical presence and context of the Ku Klux Klan in Indiana.
“Historical Perspectives on the KKK in Indiana” will be presented Friday, Oct. 20 by Scott County historical speaker Ed Cozart. Tickets are $20 and include dinner of baked spaghetti, garlic bread, salad and drink. Advance tickets are required as seating is limited.
Clark County Museum board president Jeanne Burke said the conversation is an important one; she hopes people can learn from the mistakes others have made in history.
